Our History

St. Gabriel Community Ambulance Trust started operating for the community of Walvis Bay in June 2003. The state ambulance was not always available and there was a great need for an additional service to accommodate non-medical aid and low income members of the community. With the help of various sponsors believing in the necessity of the service we provide, “St. Gabriel” after founder's name, Gabriela Teleman.
